Hundreds of specialised projects were managed across London, Singapore, and Silicon Valley, translating work into 30+ languages.


Teams relied on a legacy intake tool, local spreadsheets, and email to staff up to 30 editors per project, dozens of times per day.


Critical project information was fragmented, fragile, and hard to trust.

My Role

Lead UX Researcher & Designer: I led design through multiple releases: conducting research, design strategy, prototyping, testing, visual direction through build, creating training materials, and roadmap collaboration with product and client stakeholders.

Delivered a modern tool supporting users with specific needs and workflows: Project Managers, Traffic Planners, Editors, and Business Managers.
